Tbh the ingredients in this supplement is all you need to keep your hormones in check. The quality of this supplement makes it a great choice for me. It has really benefited my breast health and I don’t even take the required dosage and it still works. People complain about the smell but I don’t mind as long as I don’t get any after taste. The size is normal. The only thing that would make me stop taking estrosense is the fact that it gives me palpitations. And I’m suspecting the green tea even though it’s decaffeinated.
